Badrinath Temple

Badrinath is situated in the lap of Nara Narayana by the side of the Nilkanth mountain, which attracts a lot of tourists. This temple is dedicated to Bhagwan Vishnu. This temple was established by Guru Shankaracharya. Shankaracharya established four shrines char dham for unity and integrity of the country and the restoration of Hinduism in all four directions north Badrinath, Rameshwaram in the south, east and west Dwarikapuri Puri. This temple is situated in the hill town of Badrinath in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand state.
